October Opportunity:

A Daily Playbook For Guys Who Are
Done Waiting For January

Five weeks. Daily steps.
A clear plan for
weight loss.

Another year is almost gone, and the holidays are right around the corner. If you've been telling yourself “you'll start after the new year”, I'd like to offer you a different plan: be five weeks in before January even shows up.

You probably don't need more information about health. You've read the articles and watched the videos, and you could explain protein to a stranger at a barbecue. What you're missing is someone telling you, plainly, what to do today.

That's the October Opportunity. For five weeks, I send you one clear plan each day. You wake up, check what's on the list, do it, and get on with your life. No planning, no tracking, and no figuring it out as you go. It's a complete program, and you don't need anything else to finish it.

Who this is for?

This is for the guy who has always had to wait. Maybe you've never really been fit, maybe the gym makes you nervous, or maybe you just have no idea where to start. That's okay, because starting is the whole point of this.

You want to feel better and move better, and you want to keep up with the people you love. You don't want to count anything or weigh anything, and you don't have two hours a day to give the gym. If you can find fifteen minutes, you have enough time for this.

What do you get?

Every day for five weeks, you get a short message with three things: what to eat, how to move, and what to focus on today. I walk you through every move, and each day is small enough to finish and specific enough that you’ll never wonder if you did it right.

The five weeks:

Week 1: Move First. We wake your body up, find your starting line, and meet the movements that anchor the program.

Week 2: Fuel It. One small shift each day that changes how the whole day runs.

Week 3: Go Hard. Short sessions with a little more fire. You'll want a reason to keep going, so each day comes with one.

Week 4: Level Up. Everything you've built keeps running, and every day I hand you one new upgrade to try on top of it.

Week 5: The Free Bonus Week. I couldn't stop adding things, so this one is a gift. I'm keeping the details a surprise, but it's still one thing to do each day.

What you'll need:

About fifteen minutes a day and a kettlebell.

What it costs

The October Opportunity is $226 for four weeks, and the fifth week is free. Paid in full, that comes to about $6.50 a day (Less than a large coffee!) for all 35 days.

If you'd rather split it up, you can do two payments of $135. Pay in full and you save $44.

My promise to you

Try the first two weeks. If you're not enjoying it by the end of week 2, message me and I'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops, and no hard feelings. This applies whether you paid in full or split it into two.

How this is different from my Metabolic Recharge?

The 12 Week Recharge is where I teach you how to think about food, movement, and recovery so you can make good choices for life, and you get me in your corner with a weekly session and daily text access. The October Opportunity skips the thinking part. It's a playbook, so you just do the next right thing, every day.

Here's how I put it: The Metabolic Recharge teaches you how to fish.
The October Opportunity hands you a fish every single day for five weeks.

What happens after…

Most short programs end the day the challenge ends and leave you to figure out what's next. When yours wraps up, you'll have five weeks of showing up behind you and the holidays still ahead. That means January doesn't have to be a restart, and it can be your next chapter. If you'd like me coaching you directly from there, the 12 Week Metabolic Recharge is waiting.

The October Opportunity starts Oct 19.

Only $226 Or Split It in 2 Payments of $135 (2 week guarantee applies to either option)
